Reel Life Science is a video competition for primary and post-primary schools, which aims to promote the use of science in the classroom and beyond. Pupils are invited to produce a short video communicating a scientific topic in an entertaining and engaging way. Reel Life Science N.U.I.G. is supported by Science Foundation Ireland, Gawlay Science & Technology Forum and the Cúram Centre for Research in Medical Devices.
Pupils from 1st – 6th class have been very busy working on their science videos for this year’s Reel Life Science Competition. They worked on different ideas in small groups and whole class groups putting great effort into each video. Take a look at their entries below!
