The pupils in Junior and Senior Infants created some beautiful rainbow fish using celery stalks as stamps. Our lesson started with a little investigation, we took turns to touch, smell and look closely at the celery. We then took guesses as to what it was with some interesting suggestions from our Junior Infants! Once the celery stalks were cut up into short stumps we used them as stamps to paint the scales of the fish. Have a look at our beautifully bright rainbow fish below.
