Pupils from 1st – 6th class traveled to Mayo on Ice located on the mall in Castlebar on Thursday 20th of December. It was in appreciation of all their great performances on stage at the Christmas concert. The Parents Association kindly covered the cost of the bus for the trip.
The penguins and seals proved very popular to get started, especially the seals where you could sit on them! Very quickly many pupils were away skating without any help, whizzing around the rink! Bhí an-lá againn!
