We took part in An Taisce’s National Spring Clean. We cleaned up in Glinsk Village. We paid particular attention to the school grounds, nature area, road to the graveyard, main street, church grounds, car park and around the credit union. We collected 8 bags of rubbish! we also found a lot of cans and plastic bottles. We found some strange things, including estate agent signs, broken glass bottles, an old knife and pots and pans. we even found some kitchen lino.  We contacted Galway County Council and they sent the liter warden to collect our rubbish.
