Pupils in the senior classroom planted a variety of Autumn seeds which included horse chestnuts, haws, sycamore seeds and Italian poplar seeds. We left the seed trays at the back of the school for the winter and hopefully in Spring we will see some of our seeds starting to grow. We wrote the names of each of the seeds on coloured lollipop sticks and placed these in the seed trays to help identify them in Spring. Remember from little acorns mighty oaks will grow!
