Pupils from 1st – 3rd class learned how to make home-made pizza following a Jamie Oliver recipe. They put on their master chefs and got stuck learning all about how yeast works and leaving it to prove. Once the pizza dough was ready, they used home-made tomato sauce and cheese topping on the pizza.

There was a lovely smell from the pizza baking in the oven and the best part was eating them for lunch! Thank you to the parents association for organizing the pizza-making for us and take a look below at us in the lovely school aprons made by the parents association.
