The Minister for Education & Skills recently commenced certain sections of the Education Act – Admissions to Schools.

All boards of management are required to draft a new admissions policy in accordance with the acts requirements. The new arrangements will apply to school admissions to the 2021/2022 school year and subsequent years. The board of management has drafted an admissions policy in line with guidelines from the Department of Education and the patron.

The board of management invites all parents/ guardians to read this draft policy and comments on the policy can be submitted to the board on the Google form link below.
