Pupils in 2nd & 3rd class enjoyed coding their own Google logo during Tech Week while pupils in 4th, 5th & 6th class used Scratch with PJ from Whizzkids. The senior room continue coding each Friday with pupils moving onto programming variables and introducing collisions in their games.

Pupils from 2nd – 6th class have also been using their coding skills to take part in the Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology national Vex Robot art challenge for schools. They have impressively coded the Vex robot to draw various different pictures from a van, light-sabers, a ukulele, and an ice-cream to flowers.
