We celebrated St. Brigid’s day by making crosses to keep the tradition alive. Pupils in the senior room helped all the pupils in younger classes to make crosses, including some Donegal crosses. Fr. Morris visited the school to talk to the pupils about St. Brigid and to bless all our crosses before taking them home. We made some extra crosses to leave in the church for parishioners who wanted one for their home.
