Our trip to Dublin!

Yesterday we went to Dublin. We left the school at 8:30 am. We arrived at Dublin at 11:30 am. First we went to the National History Museum. We saw lots of exciting animals, like the Musk Ox,the Cheetah, the Tapir, the Reindeer, the Moose and the Zebra and lots more!
After the Dead Zoo we went to the National Art Gallery to eat lunch, and look at some paintings.
Then we went to the Dáil. On the way we saw the National Library, The National Museum and the Shelbourne Hotel. when we arrived at the Dáil,we had to wait in the waiting room. After a while we met Michael Fitzmaurice and he took us to the Dáil Gallery viewing area. We saw the Taoiseach Enda Kenny in the Chamber below us. They had a discussion on the flooding, which was very entertaining. We heard Michael Fitzmaurice speak, and he put up a very good fight. After our tour of the Dail, we sang Happy Birthday to Michael as it was his birthday, and Nadine had brought a lovely cake for him to have. After our amazing trip to Leinster House, we went to Mansion House to see the Live Crib. We saw two sheep in the crib, a donkey, a goat, Mary, Joseph, the Three Wise Men, and the shepherds. Next we went to Saint Stephen’s Green Park. We saw pigeons, seagulls, swans and ducks. My favorite was the swans because they were pure white and they made a very cool sound.
We also saw the beautiful Christmas lights in Grafton Street. Sadly our trip had come to an end. We all really enjoyed our trip to Dublin, all I can say is that it was the best trip I ever had, it was so exciting to see the streets of Dublin.
