Pupils in 1st class donned the school aprons to make rice krispie buns with Ms. Phillips for their class to enjoy. The class worked together and shared the all the tasks but licking their own chocolate spoon at the end was the best part!

Pupils in 2nd & 3rd class baked may different savoury and sweet recipes during the last term of school which included currant bread, garlic bread & pizza. As the Irish proverb says “Is é tástáil na putóige a hithe” [The proof of the pudding is in the eating] and they all certainly tasted good!

We decided to be ambitious with our final baking session and made a chocolate cake and decorated it. We were very pleased with how the cakes turned out and they tasted delicious!
