Les Miserables

Today we went to see the musical in Glenamaddy called “Les Miserables”. Me and Daniel went with Mrs. Brennan. Tegan, Ava, Aoibhe and Sarah-Jane went with Mary and Ciara, Eimear Gabrielle went with Mrs. Roughneen It was about the French Revolution. It had no words it was just singing whenever they said something. The actors were from G.C.S [ Glenamaddy Community School]. The main lead role was Sean Meaney. At the start of the play he was a prisoner. Then he said he was going to escape and so he did. Then he became very rich and famous. There was 20 minute interval. We got a drink, a bar of chocolate and a bag of crisps. Then we went back in to watch the play. Then it went on for another hour and a half or something like that, Im not to sure. Then Aoife deBurca asked us if we enjoyed it and we all shouted at once and said ” YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.” Then she led us out school by school and we all went home. When we got home, we got to eat something and then it was back to work : ( sadly! But it was alright because we told 3rd and 4th about our play and they told us about their play. They said that it was good to. Then we all had to write a scary or fictional story. But I only got to write the heading because I had to write this story! So I hoped you enjoyed reading my story about our day to the theatre. I would recommend it.
