All pupils made St. Brigid’s crosses during Catholic schools week which were all blessed on St. Brigid’s day by Fr. Larry.
Pupils in the senior room kindly helped younger pupils as we keep the tradition alive and pass on the cross making skills including the Donegal cross. Thank you to James Shevlin who also helped out on the day. Junior & senior infants pupils made beautiful display of St. Brigid’s cloak during their art lesson which can be seen in their classroom window.
