March 27th was Daffodil Day in aid of the Irish Cancer Society. Glinsk NS has traditionally taken part in this worthy cause and this year was no different.

We raised over one hundred and seventy euro in the school by selling daffodil pins, badges and key-rings! Well done, everybody! Many thanks to Evelyn Curley who kindly donated Easter Eggs to be raffled among all students who participated. The lucky winners were delighted with their first Easter Eggs of the season.
