Pupils in 2nd & 3rd class baked apple tarts and worked together in small groups doing different jobs from rolling pastry, to peeling apples and sprinkling in plenty of sugar! All the great baking skills during lock-down the past few months stood the pupils well and they shared all the different recipes they made and which were their favourites.

With all the apple tarts in the oven, pupils waited patiently until after lunch when they enjoyed it with some ice-cream and shared with the other classrooms also. Take a look at some photos below.
