Junior & Senior Infants have been very busy farming this month! They have been learning the vocabulary of all the animals as Gaeilge, talking about the work of the farmer during the various seasons throughout the year. All infants made a variety of different animal masks during their art lessons. We are very grateful to Seán’s Daddy who made two beautiful sheds and farmyards for all of us to use for our farming theme. Seán’s Mammy kindly made sure we could get farming straight away as she included a set of farm machinery.

We have been taking very good care of our animals and like all good farmers, we set to work early in the morning! We’ve practised our driving skills in and out through the gate ways and are willing to share our farming tips with you all!
